If you don’t already have agreed plans, we work with our trusted architects to turn your vision into CAD drawings and a project quote. After creating detailed plans, or working to your existing plans, we can work with the local council to gain all the necessary planning permission and building regulations on your behalf.

Once permissions are in place, we oversee the whole build process to ensure the designs are implemented perfectly. You will be provided with all necessary warranties for the work undertaken.

Removing a Loadbearing Wall?

If you are considering remodelling your house and require removal of internal walls either fully or partially in order to create large open plan family spaces we will ensure that your house will remain structurally sound during and after the wall has been removed.  Some walls make up an integral part of structure of the house you can trust LG Blower to ensure that the works is carried out safely and to builidng regulation standards. Some stud walls are load bearing. On the other hand, solid masonry internal walls are'nt always 'strucutural' - some were built as simple partition walls.
