From Conception to Completion...
Our client contacted us with architectural drawings of their dream family home.
We carried out the demolition of the existing building, the groundworks, bricklaying, window/door fitting, roofing, plastering, tiling, kitchen/bathroom fitting, decorating and all of the trades were provided and project managed by L G Blower to complete the project to the highest of standards.
This build consists of 3 double bedrooms, dressing room, en-suite, family bathroom, staircase, office, living room featuring a stove fireplace, kitchen/dining area, utility and downstairs toilet with a feature oak framed porch and plenty of garden surrounding the home, roof lights and dormer windows.
We were responsible for arranging and liasing with building control and the warrany provider - ensuring all regulations were adhered.
The client had a deadline to move in before Christmas 2018, as promised the house was cleaned and the keys were handed over a few days before!
