Three new builds - each unique and beautifully designed. We managed every aspect of the project, building these premium six-bedroom detached houses, standing in just over an acre of land, located in a delightful, particularly peaceful location.

The houses are heated by an air source heat pump with underfloor heating, which will provide a cost effective and environmentally friendly source of heat. Concrete floors at both ground and first floor level providing excellent sound insulation between floors.

The huge open plan kitchen/dining/sitting rooms, over 12 metres long, feature beautifully-crafted Anthony Lewis handmade kitchen units, with quartz composite worktops. There are stainless steel cooking ranges with induction hobs, Neff eye-level ovens and combination microwave/ovens, plus a Quooker boiling water tap, two sets of bi-fold doors and a pair of French doors.

The utility rooms are fitted with the same high quality kitchen units and worktops.

Other features include intruder alarms, Cat 6 cabling to each floor, and speaker cabling to in-ceiling speaker positions in the breakfast kitchens.

The houses have been built to an unusually high specification, rarely found in new build properties. Externally, the houses feature hand made clay tiled roofs, natural stone patios, timber windows and oak clad double garages with solid oak remote controlled-garage doors and loft storage.

Internally, the living rooms feature a natural stone Chesney’s fireplace with wood burning stove.

The bathrooms are tastefully fitted with contemporary bathroom fittings, large format tiles and mirrored cabinets, and the floors are either tiled or carpeted.

The houses also feature an entrance hall, cloakroom, sitting room, study/TV room, kitchen/dining room, utility room, master bedroom with en-suite, five further bedrooms (one en-suite), two bathrooms, double garage, large garden and paddock.
