We will manage your whole building project using our experienced team and trusted specialist subcontractors where needed including electricians and plumbers. Our subcontractors bring specific expertise and regularly complete work for us to our exact standards, and are certified in their trade.

Whilst some customers prefer to manage their building project themselves, 99% of the time we act as a Project Manager for clients, coordinating all the tradesmen, relevant subcontractors and Building Regulations on behalf of our client.  Project managing a build requires patience, organisation, problem-solving, decision making skills and time.  Many of our clients choose L G Blower to project manage their build knowing we are capable, experienced and knowledgable.

We take pride in completing our projects well within the time limit given and on budget. We are fully insured and health and safety compliant and offer valid warranties for work undertaken.

L G Blower Specialist Bricklayer, Shrewsbury, is an NHBC Registerd Builder and Developer, and we work alongside the NHBC co-ordinating the site inspections during the the build process to be able to provide an NHBC warranty.  We also work alongside Building Control co-ordinating the site visits to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.

House extensions can transfom how you live in your home.  House extensions need to comply with Building Regulations even if you don't need planning permission. If your extension will be built over, on, or in the near vicinity of a sewer, you will need to contact the water board for a Build Over Agreement or we can manage this aspect for you. It is possible to live on site during the works to your home, this will be disruputive and we will endveaor to minimise this as much as possible for you.
